Morgan Adkins-Hamblin was born in Three Rivers, Michigan. She grew up in Kenosha, WI. Shortly after graduating from Tremper High School, she moved to Illinois and was undecided on her education and career path. From the young age of three, she would draw the “The Powerpuff Girls” on the walls and floors of her childhood home. She was always drawing, at school and home. After attending ECC, she pursued her bachelor’s degree at Northern Illinois University, while taking classes at Kishwaukee college to bring her that much closer. Being an independent first-generation college student, she made it her mission to graduate in 2021. In the beginning she didn’t get much support on her pursuit of achieving her art degree. That didn’t stop her from pursuing It, she learned a lot from each class she took and bettered her skills as an artist. Also minoring in Psychology, to better understand the mind, people and herself, combined with art, in pursuit of Art therapy as a career choice.
